GMC Sierra 2500 Camshafts - COMP Cams - Stage 1 LST 186/200 Solid Roller - 01-16. A purpose-built cam for 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax trucks, aimed at responsive street performance with tuning flexibility.

Using COMP's latest Low Shock Technology lobes, this Stage 1 NSR camshaft improves airflow and valve control while remaining compatible with stock springs and even a factory tune. The 186/200 solid roller profile is engineered to help lower EGTs and enhance high-RPM stability, and its gentler lobe action is easier on valve springs for durability. The LST series is organized in stages; Stage 1 is the drop-in choice, while Stage 2 and 3 require the COMP Cams #26125 Beehive Valve Spring Kit and maximum-effort tuning for the greatest potential.
