GMC Sierra 3500 Camshafts - COMP Cams Stage 1 LST 186/200 Solid Roller (2001-2016). A purpose-built cam for the 6.6L Duramax that boosts airflow and response while retaining stock valve springs.
Using COMP’s latest Low Shock Technology lobes, this NSR Stage 1 grind offers potential power and torque gains with proper tuning, yet runs well on a factory or performance tune. The profiles move more air to help lower EGTs, improve high-RPM stability, and reduce valve spring load for durability.
