Hummer H3 Camshaft - COMP Cams - Stage 2 LST Max Horsepower Solid Roller Cam - `08-`10. This cam is a focused upgrade for LS 3-bolt H3/H3T 5.3L builds, delivering serious street/strip performance while remaining compatible with stock pistons with factory valve reliefs.

The Stage 2 LST profile targets maximum horsepower and rpm in GM LS 3-bolt applications. Its solid-roller design supports aggressive valve action and high-rpm control, offering a strong 3500–7500 rpm window. When paired with COMP CK or MK kits (add CK or MK to the part number), valvetrain stability is proven to 7500 rpm. Suitable across many GM LS Gen III/IV builds, including Hummer H3/H3T 5.3L `08–`10.
