Built for LS 4.8/5.3 turbo projects, this Stage 1 LST grind works well in cam-only setups where exhaust back pressure is unknown. In 2003–2005 Express 2500 5.3L applications, it targets broad midrange performance and consistent drivability with durable hydraulic roller construction. Matching CK and MK camshaft kits are available; add CK or MK to the part number for a kit with appropriately paired valvetrain parts. MK kits are offered with 24x or 58x timing sets. With the proper CK/MK components, COMP notes valvetrain stability up to 7400 rpm.
