This Stage 1 LST hydraulic roller from COMP Cams targets LS 4.8/5.3 turbo builds and works well in cam only setups with unknown back pressure. The kit includes pushrods, dual springs, retainers, locks, spring seats, and valve seals for proper control and durability.
