Ram 4500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Roadmaster - 2019-2024. Purpose-built Aisin AS69RC transmission and converter package for Ram 4500 6.7L trucks, configured for 2WD with right-hand PTO. Designed to correct known AS69RC weak points while preserving familiar shift feel.
BD addresses the AS69RC’s common K2 hub spline wear with a nitride-coated billet hub, pairs an OE-style ProForce torque converter, and uses carefully selected frictions to keep shifts consistent and reliable. A stiffer pressure-regulator spring increases line pressure for stronger clutch apply. The BD Deep Sump Pan adds roughly 3.5 qt to support fluid life and cooling, while leak-prone cork pan and PTO gaskets are replaced with durable nitrile pieces. A new sprag supports dependable stator function for everyday use.
