Ram 5500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel Roadmaster '19-'24. A purpose-built Aisin AS69RC replacement for 6.7L Cummins trucks that corrects known weak points while preserving factory driving feel.
Designed for 2019-2024 Ram 5500 2WD RH PTO applications, this package pairs BD's upgraded transmission with an OE-style ProForce torque converter. A nitride-coated billet K2 hub addresses common spline wear, while custom-selected frictions maintain smooth, consistent shifts. A stiffer pressure regulator spring increases maximum line pressure for stronger clutch apply. BD's Deep Sump Pan adds about 3.5 qts of capacity, and leak-prone cork gaskets are replaced with durable nitrile pieces. A new sprag and fresh clutches round out the build.
