RAM 4500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Roadmaster AS69RC - 19-24. AS69RC-based package for 2019-2024 Ram 4500 2WD 6.7L diesel that corrects known weak points while keeping stock-like manners.
The AS69RC is capable, yet K2 hub spline wear is common. BD answers with a nitride billet K2 hub, matched frictions for consistent shifts, and a stiffer regulator spring for higher line pressure. A BD Deep Sump Pan adds about 3.5 qts with nitrile pan and PTO gaskets replacing leak-prone cork. An OE-style ProForce torque converter and a new sprag are included for reliable operation and a cost-conscious OEM-level replacement.
