RAM 5500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Roadmaster AS69RC (2019–2024). For Aisin AS69RC Ram 3500/4500/5500 6.7L 2WD trucks, this package pairs a BD Roadmaster transmission with an OE-style ProForce converter and targeted reliability upgrades.

The AS69RC is capable yet known for K2 hub spline wear. BD addresses this with a nitride-coated billet K2 hub while preserving stock clutch counts and drivability. Custom frictions maintain OEM-like shifts, a stiffer pressure regulator spring increases line pressure, and the BD deep pan adds 3.5 qts to support fluid life and cooling. Leak-prone cork pan/PTO gaskets are replaced with nitrile, and a new sprag is included.
