Ram 4500 Transmission Package - BD Diesel - Towmaster AS69RC - '19-'24 is a complete transmission and converter solution for 2019–2024 Ram 4500 trucks with the 6.7L and Aisin AS69RC. Built for durability with OE-like shift feel.
BD addresses known AS69RC wear points with a nitride-coated billet K2 hub and a billet K3 drum. Friction counts increase in K2, K3, and B1 to raise torque capacity while custom-selected frictions keep shifts consistent. A BD Deep Sump Pan adds 3.5 qts, and leak-prone cork gaskets are replaced by nitrile pan and PTO gaskets. The package includes an OE-style ProForce torque converter, billet apply pistons in K2 and K3, increased valve body line pressure for improved clutch holding, and a new sprag for reliable stator operation.
