Ram 4500 Transmission Package — BD Diesel AS69RC Torquemaster (2019–2024). Purpose-built for Ram 4500 trucks with the AISIN AS69RC to put added 6.7L torque to the pavement with confidence.
BD raises K2, K3, and B1 friction counts for more holding power, backed by a billet, nitride-coated K2 hub and billet K2 apply piston to combat spline wear. A billet K3 hub, piston, and drum pair with ~40% more clutches to resist ring grooving and increase longevity. Frictions are chosen to keep OEM shift feel, and leak-prone cork gaskets are replaced with nitrile. A BD Deep Sump Pan (+3.5 qts) and ProForce 10D billet torque converter complete the package.
