Ram 5500 Performance Transmission - BD Diesel Torquemaster AS69RC 2019-2024. A purpose-built upgrade for Ram 5500 6.7L trucks equipped with the AISIN AS69RC, channeling added power while preserving daily drivability.
BD increases K2, K3, and B1 clutch capacity, adds a billet nitride-coated K2 hub with a billet apply piston to address spline wear, and pairs a billet K3 hub and piston with a stronger billet K3 drum that resists ring grooving. Frictions are chosen to maintain OEM shift feel, line pressure is raised for added holding power, and leak-prone cork gaskets are replaced with nitrile pan and PTO gaskets. The package also includes a BD Deep Sump Pan and a ProForce 10D billet torque converter with upgraded TCC frictions and steels.
