Ram 4500 Transmission - BD Diesel Towmaster AS69RC (2019–2024). A complete AS69RC replacement for 6.7L Cummins trucks built for towing and work.
BD targets known AS69RC wear points with components chosen for strength and consistent shifts. A nitride-coated billet K2 hub addresses spline wear, and a billet K3 drum adds rigidity. Friction counts in K2, K3, and B1 are increased, with custom frictions to keep shifts smooth. Package also raises line pressure and includes an OE-style ProForce converter and BD Deep Sump Pan adding about 3.5 qts.
