Dodge Ram 3500 Transmission Package – BD Diesel Torquemaster AS69RC (2013–2018). A heavy-duty replacement for AS69RC 4WD trucks, built to add durability and clutch holding for stock or modified setups.
BD addresses known weak points with a nitride-coated billet K2 hub and a billet K3 drum, plus billet K2/K3 pistons. Clutch capacity is increased in K2, K3, and B1, and an upgraded valve body raises line pressure for firmer apply. A deep sump pan adds 3.5 qts to aid cooling and fluid life, and custom nitrile pan and PTO gaskets help prevent leaks. Included ProForce 10D torque converter features a billet cover and piston with a 66% increase in TCC plates, upgraded frictions/steels, new sprag, fresh seals and O-rings, and a rebuilt stator.
