BD’s Torquemaster package centers on a nitrided billet K2 hub to resolve the AS69RC clutch tooth wear issue and a billet K3 drum that increases clutch capacity and rigidity to resist ring groove failure. Billet K2/K3 pistons reduce flex, while added capacity in K2, K3, and B1 packs and increased valve body line pressure improve clutch apply and holding power. A deep sump pan adds approximately 3.5 quarts for better cooling and fluid life, and nitrile pan/PTO gaskets help prevent leaks vs. OEM cork. The ProForce 10D torque converter features a billet cover and piston with a 66% increase in TCC plates, complemented by upgraded TCC frictions/steels, a rebuilt stator, and new sprag, seals, and O-rings.
