Built from corrosion‑resistant 16‑gauge 409 stainless with free‑flowing mandrel‑bent tubing for efficient flow and durability. A single laser‑fusion seam with 308 stainless MIG welds reduces leak paths, and the compact body aids thermal efficiency. Includes (2) flange and (2) 2‑bolt gaskets; installs with basic tools—no cutting or welding. CARB compliant and legal in all 50 states; installation requires EO/EFN to match the converter’s CARB EO.
