BMW 3 Series Clutch Kit – ACT Mod-Twin 225 HD Rigid Street (2007–2018). Built for N54/N55-powered 3 Series, this twin-disc kit delivers light pedal effort with confident, positive engagement for street or street/strip use.

ACT’s modular 225mm twin pairs a forged aluminum cover with a rigid Mono-Drive chrome-moly hub for consistent torque transfer and durability. The diaphragm spring undergoes an exclusive four-stage heat-treating process, while steel-backed premium friction plates help manage heat and wear. A CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel is included, and the kit comes complete with Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing (if needed). Every unit is 100% clamp load tested, balanced, and SFI certified. Expect smooth shifting, light pedal effort, and moderate to increased transmission gear noise typical of performance twin-disc systems.
