DBA’s Street Series uses Kangaroo Paw ventilation — 144 diamond and tear-drop pillar vents — to increase surface area and improve heat dissipation for reduced brake fade under repeated stops. The rotors are CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) machined and turned to lower Disc Thickness Variation and improve parallelism, helping reduce the incidence of brake shudder. The X Gold option adds a premium non-directional drilled-and-slotted pattern and a gold-finished hub area, providing extra exit points for pad dust and gases.
