Mazda RX-8 Brake Rotor (1) - Front - DBA - 4000 Series HD - `04-`08. This is a direct-replacement front rotor for 2004–2008 Mazda RX-8 (normal suspension), supplied as a single plain rotor in DBA’s 4000 Series HD finish.

Cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and completed with DBA’s Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), this rotor is designed to manage repeated heat and load during spirited driving. The patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation uses 144 diamond- and teardrop-patterned pillars to increase surface area and improve cooling versus traditional straight vane designs, while the 4000 Series HD offers a smooth OE-style face for a stock look where required by controlled race divisions or street-driven builds. Rotors include THGP thermographic paint markings and come packaged with moisture-proof corrosion protection for storage and transport. This part is a direct fit for the specified RX-8 application and replaces the OE front rotor without modification.
