Audi TT Quattro Brake Rotor (1) - Rear - DBA - 4000 Series HD - `16-`19 is a direct-replacement rear rotor designed for 2016–2019 Audi TT Quattro models with 300mm rear discs (excludes TTS/RS). This plain 4000 Series HD rotor pairs DBA’s high-carbon casting and race-informed development with an OE-style smooth finish.

Cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and processed using Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), this rotor is built to resist the heat and stress of repeated hard braking. DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation uses 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars to increase surface area and improve cooling versus traditional straight vane rotors. The result is more consistent braking performance and improved thermal management while retaining a clean, OE look favored in controlled race divisions and street-driven builds. Thermo-graphic paint (THGP) markings and moisture-proof corrosion protection packaging are included for quality control and storage.
