BMW M240i F22 Front Brake Rotor (1) - DBA 5000 Series Slotted Rotor - Silver (’17-’22). This is a direct replacement, composite 2-piece front rotor from DBA designed for drivers wanting improved cooling and reduced unsprung weight without changing hub geometry.

The 5000 Series pairs high carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace-grade T6061-T6 aluminum hats, joined with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) hardware. The design improves heat management by allowing more uniform radial disc expansion and reducing heat transfer to the hub. The T3 bi-directional slot pattern provides consistent pad cleaning and controlled gas evacuation under heavy use. These rotors are offered as complete assemblies for first-time replacement, or as separate hats and rings for future servicing.
