Lotus Elise Brake Rotor (1) - Front - DBA - 5000 Series HD - `05-`11 is a direct-fit, two-piece replacement rotor designed for the front of 2005–2011 Lotus Elise models. It delivers the proven construction and convection benefits of DBA’s 5000 Series in a smooth OE-style finish (HD variant) for drivers who prefer no slots or cross-drilling.

This 5000 Series HD rotor pairs high-carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace-grade T6061-T6 aluminum hats, fastened with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. The composite two-piece design reduces unsprung weight and improves heat management by isolating disc heat from the hub, while allowing uniform radial expansion of the cast-iron rings. DBA offers complete assemblies and replacement rings so you can refresh wear surfaces without replacing hats when applicable. Recommended for high-performance street use, track days, club racing and rally where reliable thermal control and proven materials are important.
