Volkswagen Golf Brake Rotor (1) - Rear - DBA - Street Series XGold Slotted/Drilled - Gold ('98-'06). This rear replacement rotor from DBA's Street Series combines a cross-drilled and slotted face with a distinctive gold hub finish for improved pad debris evacuation and a tailored look for your Golf.
Engineered for daily-driven and show vehicles, the Street Series XGold rotor uses DBA's Kangaroo Paw ventilation (144 diamond and teardrop pillar layout) to increase surface area and improve heat dissipation, helping reduce brake fade under repeated stops. The rotor is CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) machined and turned to minimize disc thickness variation and improve parallelism, which lowers the chance of brake shudder compared to untreated rotors. It ships in moisture-proof corrosion protection packaging and is designed as a direct replacement for the rear disc on compatible 1998–2006 Golf models.
