Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 - Illusion Blueberry - 01-04. Built for 2001-2004 6.6L Duramax LB7, this complete install kit converts your stock IHI-based system to an S300-frame setup with matched intake, charge piping, and hardware, finished in Illusion Blueberry. S300 turbocharger sold separately.

The kit upgrades airflow from the filter to the intake runners: a 4 inch fabricated aluminum intake with heavy-duty sheet metal air box and premium dry filter with pre-filter cover feeds high-flow 3 inch mandrel-bent 14 gauge aluminum hot and cold-side tubes. A 3 inch fabricated billet y-bridge replaces the restrictive factory upper intake. Stainless braided Parker oil feed and drain lines are included, with the turbo mounting to a T4 fabricated steel pedestal. A high-temp ceramic coated 3 inch downpipe connects to the factory front pipe via V-band, requiring no cutting. Forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 is required for clearance. Downpipe uses an HX40-style outlet; ensure your turbine housing is HX40-machined. If not purchasing a genuine BorgWarner S300 from us, provide turbo details; mock-up may be required and lead time begins when the turbo is received.
