Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 - Semi-Gloss Black - 2001-2004. This kit swaps your 6.6L LB7 from the stock IHI turbo to an S300-frame setup for a clean install and improved airflow potential.

Built by WCFab, it upgrades the intake and charge plumbing end to end: a 4" fabricated aluminum intake with heavy-duty air box and premium dry filter with pre-filter cover, 3" 14-gauge mandrel-bent hot and cold-side tubes, and a 3" fabricated billet Y-bridge to reduce restriction. Stainless braided oil feed and drain lines route from the main oil galley. The T4 pedestal accepts popular S300 options (turbo sold separately), and the ceramic-coated 3" HX40 downpipe connects to the factory front-pipe V-band, so no exhaust cutting is required. Note: WCFab forward-facing thermostat housing WCF100405 is required; HX40 turbine outlet machining is needed.
