Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Turbo Swap Kit - Wehrli - S300 - Flat Black - 01-04. This single fixed-vane kit converts the factory IHI setup on the 6.6L LB7 to an S300-based system, delivering robust airflow with a clean, serviceable layout.

Built by Wehrli Custom Fabrication, the kit replaces the intake and charge piping with a 4 inch fabricated aluminum intake, heavy-duty air box, premium dry filter with pre-filter, and 3 inch 14-gauge mandrel-bent hot and cold-side tubes. A 3 inch high-flow fabricated billet Y-bridge removes the restrictive stock upper manifold. The ceramic-coated 3 inch downpipe connects to the existing front pipe via V-band, so no cutting of the exhaust is required. Includes stainless braided Parker oil lines, T4 steel pedestal with spacer, silicone boots, clamps, heat wrap, and driver-side trans dipstick relocation. If you’re supplying the turbo, provide brand/specs; mock-up may be required and lead time begins once your turbo is received.
