Polaris RZR Engine Rebuild Kit - Wiseco - Garage Buddy - `08-`10. A complete, precision-machined rebuild package for 2008–2010 RZR 800 models that replaces core rotating, reciprocating, and sealing components to restore engine integrity and serviceability.

This Wiseco Garage Buddy kit brings factory-focused hardware and machining into one ready-to-install package. Pistons are forged and machined in Mentor, Ohio, with ArmorGlide skirt coating to reduce wear and noise. The crankshaft assembly is prebuilt with Maxima® assembly lube and uses graded rod big-end bearings and bronze rod small-end bushings for correct clearance. The kit includes Japanese-sourced Koyo main bearings, OEM-quality seals, a complete engine gasket set, and Wiseco-engineered connecting rods that are forged, heat-treated, and shot-peened. All components were developed and validated through dyno testing. A limited warranty covers engine components for 90 days or 10 hours on the included hour meter.
