Polaris Sportsman Piston Kit - Wiseco - 10.21 - '96-'13 is a direct-fit forged piston kit designed for Polaris 500 Sportsman and Scrambler models from 1996 through 2013. This Wiseco kit provides a durable, application-specific replacement for worn or damaged pistons.

Wiseco’s forged 4-stroke pistons are engineered for tight tolerances and improved tensile strength, optimized for the service demands of powersports engines. These pistons use dedicated forgings to achieve a favorable strength-to-weight ratio and are finished to specification for consistent fit and performance. The kit includes high-quality piston rings, wrist pin(s), and circlips and is machined in the USA in Mentor, OH. Intended for a 92.50 mm bore with a +0.5 mm oversize and a 10.2:1 compression ratio, this kit suits rebuilds where the oversize piston is required.
