Polaris 800 XCR Fuji Piston Kit - Wiseco - Classic Forged 2-stroke - `99-`03. A direct-fit forged piston kit engineered for rebuilds and restorations of Polaris 800 XCR models from 1999–2003, assembled with the durability and tolerances required for 2-stroke powersports engines.

This Wiseco Classic Forged 2-stroke piston kit is designed and manufactured in Mentor, OH, to replace worn or damaged pistons with a stronger forged alternative to cast components. The dedicated forgings and additional lightening operations produce an optimized strength-to-weight ratio, while improved tensile strength helps enhance service life under typical powersports use. Each kit is built for the specified engine family and includes the necessary hardware to complete a piston replacement.
