This Wiseco forged piston kit is designed for 4-stroke motocross engines and provides a direct replacement built to tight manufacturing tolerances. It’s engineered for the KX250F 2004–2005 application (also listed for Suzuki RMZ250 2004–2006 in Wiseco documentation).

Wiseco’s forged 4-stroke pistons are produced from dedicated forgings and machined in Mentor, OH, USA. The construction improves tensile strength and aims to optimize the strength-to-weight ratio for durability under racing and aggressive trail conditions. Each kit is supplied with the essential hardware to complete an installation: high-quality piston rings, wrist pin(s), and circlips. The kit is spec’d for a standard 77.00 mm bore with a 13.1:1 compression ratio, matching original engine specifications for proper fit and performance consistency.
