Built from 4340 chrome-moly steel, this Yukon inner axle is designed for drivers upgrading to larger tires or higher horsepower. Production methods include cold roll formed splines and advanced heat treating to improve wear resistance and fatigue life. At 30 splines and 16.6" length, it fits standard Dana 30 front assemblies and replaces the OE left-hand inner shaft. Yukon rates these axles as significantly stronger than stock and backs them with a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects and axle breakage for the original vehicle owner.
