Rolls Royce Flying Spur Fuel Pump - APR - High Pressure Fuel Pump - 22-24. This premium HPFP upgrade increases the pump’s displacement for greater fuel volume, helping demanding builds maintain commanded pressure under hard use.
APR achieves this by enlarging the internal pressurizing cylinder, prioritizing flow volume rather than simply raising rail pressure. Critical internals are machined to extreme tolerances (as tight as 0.00004 in dimensional, 0.00005 in geometric) from heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel. A DLC-coated plunger and weight-matched spring promote reliable stroke control, and all necessary seals are renewed. Built around genuine Hitachi pump bodies and sensors, every unit is assembled in-house and verified on APR’s test rig. Compatible ECU software is required for proper operation.
