Audi A4 Fuel Pump - APR - High Pressure Rebuild - 2005–2008. This service rebuilds your factory HPFP with APR’s precision components to increase fuel volume and support demanding 2.0T FSI A4 setups.

APR machines each pump to extreme tolerances (.00004 in dimensional/.00005 in geometric) and upgrades the plunger and barrel to heat-treated, bearing-grade stainless with a DLC-coated piston. By increasing internal displacement, the pump can deliver up to 41% more fuel volume than stock, helping maintain commanded pressure under load. You must send a working pump to APR; solenoids are tested, all internal seals are replaced, and a properly specified spring is installed. For best results, pair with the appropriate software and replace the cam follower during installation.
