Audi TT Fuel Pump - APR - High Pressure Rebuild - '08-'09. This send-in service upgrades your factory HPFP for 2008–2009 TT models, increasing fuel volume capacity with APR-engineered internals.

APR machines the plunger and barrel to extreme tolerances (to .00004"/.00005") from heat-treated, bearing-grade stainless. The plunger gets a DLC coating, a weight-matched spring prevents float, and all internal seals are renewed. The tip retains the factory pivoting head to limit cam follower side loading. Units are assembled in-house and test-rig verified. This upgrade targets fuel volume, not rail pressure, delivering up to 41% more displacement than stock. A working pump and solenoids are required; package carefully. For best results, run suitable software and inspect/replace the cam follower.
