Volkswagen GTI Fuel Pump – APR High Pressure Rebuild (06–09). This service rebuilds your OEM HPFP to increase fuel volume and deliver dependable fueling on 2.0T FSI builds.

APR remachines your pump internals to exacting limits (.00004 in dimensional, .00005 in geometric) using heat-treated bearing-grade stainless with a DLC-coated plunger. By increasing the pressurizing cylinder’s displacement, volume rises up to 41% over stock to help maintain commanded rail pressure. Each unit gets a correctly rated spring, all new seals, and retains the factory pivoting head. Built in-house and bench-tested. Note: send-in rebuild; pump and solenoids must be functional and packaged carefully. Replace the cam follower and use appropriate software.
