Volkswagen Passat Fuel Pump - APR - High Pressure Rebuild - `06-`10. Rebuilds your factory HPFP with APR internals to increase fuel volume and dependable operation.

APR increases pump displacement by 41% via a larger pressurizing bore, helping rail pressure stay steady under load. Internals are machined to extreme tolerances from bearing-grade stainless with a DLC-coated plunger, a correctly specified spring, and all seals replaced. Service requires a working send-in pump; solenoids are inspected and each unit is test-rig verified. Package carefully to protect connectors. Replace the cam follower; software is required to maximize performance.
