Mazda MazdaSpeed 3 Fuel Pump - APR - High Pressure Rebuild (2007-2013). This is a send-in service that upgrades your factory HPFP with APR-engineered internals to deliver greater fuel volume and dependable performance for demanding, tuned setups.

APR machines and assembles the pump to extreme tolerances (.00004 in dimensional/.00005 in geometric) and replaces key components with bearing-grade stainless steel and a DLC-coated plunger. Displacement is increased to provide more volume per stroke, helping the DISI system maintain commanded rail pressure under high load. All internal seals are renewed, a properly specified spring is fitted, and each unit is assembled, broken in, and bench-tested. A working pump is required; solenoids are verified and proper packaging is essential to avoid connector damage. Appropriate software calibration is recommended to realize full benefits.
