Audi A8 High Pressure Fuel Pump - APR - Rebuild for 2.9T and 3.0T EA839 V6 (2020–2024). This service upgrades your existing Hitachi Gen III HPFP to deliver substantially more fuel volume for tuned setups.
APR machines new internals to extreme tolerances (.00004"/.00005") and replaces critical seals. A DLC-coated plunger runs in a heat-treated bearing-grade stainless barrel, with a correctly specified spring for stability. Each pump is assembled in-house and verified on APR’s test rig. Up to 37% more displacement than stock helps maintain commanded pressure with larger turbos and ethanol. Note: this is a rebuild of your pump; the core and solenoids must function, package carefully, and use ECU software compatible with an upgraded HPFP.
