Audi Q7 High Pressure Fuel Pump - APR - Rebuild for 2.9T and 3.0T EA839 V6 (2019-2024). This service rebuilds your Hitachi Gen III HPFP to increase fuel volume and support higher-output calibrations.

APR pioneered VAG DI HPFP upgrades. Your pump is rebuilt with a DLC-coated plunger, heat-treated bearing-grade stainless barrel, new seals, and a weight-matched spring, all machined to .00004"/.00005" tolerances. By increasing displacement, the pump delivers up to 37% more volume than stock to help maintain commanded pressure with larger turbos or ethanol blends. Every unit is assembled in-house, broken in, and verified on APR’s test rig. APR uses genuine Hitachi pump bodies/sensors and manufactures components in the USA. ECU-compatible software required. Pump and solenoid must be functional and packaged carefully for shipment.
