Audi S4 High Pressure Fuel Pump - APR - Rebuild for 2.9T and 3.0T EA839 V6 (2018–2024). This service upgrades your factory Hitachi Gen III HPFP to increase fuel volume for higher-demand calibrations while retaining OEM-grade reliability.

APR machines the HPFP internals to extreme tolerances (.00004" dimensional/.00005" geometric) using certified, heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel with a DLC-coated plunger and a properly specified spring to prevent float. The result is up to 37% more volume than stock, helping maintain commanded pressure with larger turbos and ethanol blends. Each unit is assembled in-house, then run on APR’s test rig to verify performance and break-in. Note: this is a rebuild of your working Hitachi Gen III pump; compatible ECU software is required.
