Audi S5 High Pressure Fuel Pump – APR – Rebuild for 2.9T/3.0T EA839 V6 (2018–2024). Send in your Hitachi Gen III HPFP to be rebuilt with APR internals for higher fueling headroom.
APR increases displacement to deliver 37% more volume than stock, helping maintain pressure with larger turbos and ethanol blends. Internals are machined to .00004 in/.00005 in tolerances from heat-treated bearing-grade stainless, with a DLC-coated plunger and weight-matched spring. Each unit is assembled in house, bench-tested, and returned ready to run. Compatible ECU software is required.
