By enlarging the high-pressure cylinder bore, this APR rebuild delivers up to 30% more displacement to help keep rail pressure steady under load. Components are heat-treated bearing-grade stainless with a DLC-coated plunger, precision-machined to 0.00004 in/0.00005 in. A weight-matched spring reduces float, seals are renewed, and each unit is assembled and machine-tested in-house with genuine Hitachi pump bodies and sensors. This is a rebuild of your existing, working pump and solenoid.
