Audi TT Quattro Fuel Pump – APR High Pressure Pump Rebuild (2016–2023). This is a send-in rebuild of your OEM Hitachi Gen III HPFP, engineered to increase fuel volume for tuned 2.0T EA888 Gen 3 applications while retaining OEM reliability.

This rebuild increases displaced fuel volume by approximately 37%, helping maintain rail pressure under heavy load, larger turbo setups, or ethanol use. APR machines internals to tight .00004" dimensional and .00005" geometric tolerances. The DLC-coated plunger and heat-treated bearing-grade stainless components are paired with a properly specified spring and new internal seals. Each pump is assembled in-house and verified on APR’s test rig to confirm solenoid function and sealing, helping reduce startup issues. Note: This service requires sending in your working pump and solenoid; proper packaging is essential to prevent connector damage.
