Volkswagen Arteon Fuel Pump - APR - High Pressure Pump - Rebuild - `19-`21. This rebuild service upgrades your factory Hitachi Gen III HPFP for the 2019–2021 Arteon, increasing delivered fuel volume for demanding setups.
APR machines the internals to extreme tolerances (.00004"/.00005") and replaces critical seals. A DLC-coated plunger with heat-treated, bearing-grade stainless components resists wear, and a weight-matched spring maintains proper control. By increasing the pump’s displacement, volume rises by 37%, helping the system hold commanded pressure with larger turbos or ethanol blends—especially at lower RPM. Each unit is assembled in-house, broken-in, and bench-tested. Note: this is a rebuild of your working pump and solenoid; package carefully to protect the connectors.
