Volkswagen Atlas Fuel Pump - APR - High Pressure Pump - Rebuild - 2019–2023. This service upgrades your existing Hitachi Gen III HPFP with APR internals to deliver higher fuel volume for demanding builds.

By increasing the pump’s internal bore, the APR rebuild raises displacement by 37%, helping the system hold commanded rail pressure under heavy load, larger turbos, or ethanol blends. Components are machined to extreme tolerances (.00004"/.00005"), using heat-treated, bearing-grade stainless and a DLC-coated plunger, paired with a properly specified, weight-matched spring. Assembled in-house with genuine Hitachi parts and machine-tested before shipping. Proper, clean installation is critical to reliability.
