Volkswagen Golf R Fuel Pump - APR - High Pressure Pump - Rebuild - 2015–2019. This service upgrades your factory Hitachi Gen III HPFP on the EA888 Gen 3 2.0T to increase available fuel volume for demanding builds.
APR machines the internals to extreme tolerances (.00004" dimensional / .00005" geometric) and replaces critical seals. A DLC-coated, heat-treated bearing-grade stainless plunger and barrel, paired with a weight-matched spring, increase displacement by 37% over stock to help maintain rail pressure with larger turbos or ethanol mixes. Pumps are assembled in-house, bench-tested, and broken-in before shipping, using genuine Hitachi bodies/sensors with APR components produced on medical-grade equipment. Note: this is a rebuild of your working pump and solenoid; package carefully to protect connectors.
