Volkswagen Jetta Fuel Pump – APR High Pressure Pump Rebuild (2019–2024). Upgrade your factory Hitachi Gen III HPFP with APR precision internals for higher fuel volume and consistent pressure under load.
APR increases pump displacement by 37% by enlarging the pressurizing bore. Heat-treated bearing-grade stainless parts, a DLC-coated plunger, and a matched spring are produced to ultra-tight 0.00004 in/0.00005 in tolerances. Each unit is assembled and bench-tested in house to verify operation. Note: this is a rebuild of your working pump and solenoid; please package your core carefully before shipping.
