Audi RS4 Fuel Pump – APR HPFP Rebuild (2007–2008). This service upgrades your factory high-pressure fuel pump to deliver higher fuel volume for the 4.2L FSI while retaining OEM reliability.

APR enlarges the pressurizing bore to provide up to 41% more fuel volume, helping maintain rail pressure under load. Internals are machined to .00004"/.00005" tolerances from heat-treated bearing-grade stainless, with a DLC-coated plunger and a correctly rated spring. The pump retains the factory pivoting head, uses genuine Hitachi critical components, and is assembled and verified on APR’s test rig. Requires sending your working pump and solenoids for rebuild.
