Ram 5500 Transmission - BD Diesel - Towmaster AS69RC (’19-’24). A purpose-built transmission and converter package for Ram 3500/4500/5500 6.7L trucks equipped with the Aisin AS69RC.

Engineered for work and towing, Towmaster targets known AS69RC issues and adds durability where it counts. A BD-exclusive nitride-coated billet K2 hub addresses spline wear, while a billet K3 drum increases rigidity and clutch capacity. Friction counts are raised in K2, K3, and B1 to improve torque capacity, with custom-selected frictions to help maintain smooth, reliable shifts. The package includes an OE-style ProForce torque converter, BD Deep Sump Pan (+3.5 qt) with upgraded nitrile pan/PTO gaskets, calibrated valve body line pressure, a new sprag, and refreshed converter clutch components. Configuration: 2WD, left-hand PTO.
