GMC Sierra Camshaft - COMP Cams XFI AFM 212/224 D, 210/222 N Hydraulic Roller (2019). A proven Gen V upgrade delivering responsive power with daily-drive manners.
Built for direct-injected, VVT LT platforms, these XFI AFM grinds support AFM while improving airflow. The hydraulic roller design promotes durability and a steady idle. Compatible with select 2014–2019 GM 5.3L/6.2L applications including Sierra, Silverado, Yukon, Suburban/Tahoe, Escalade, Camaro, and Corvette. Proper tuning and supporting valvetrain parts are recommended.
